Prof. Chunguo Li
Southeast University,
Chunguo Li received the bachelor’s degree in wireless communications from Shandong University in 2005 and the Ph.D. degree in wireless communications from Southeast University, Nanjing, China, in 2010. In July 2010, he joined as a Faculty Member with Southeast University, where he was an Associate Professor from 2012 to 2016 and a Full Professor since 2017. From June 2012 to June 2013, he was a Post-Doctoral Researcher with Concordia University, Montreal, Canada. From July 2013 to August 2014, he was with the DSL Laboratory, Stanford University, as a Visiting Associate Professor. From August 2017 to July 2019, he was an Adjunct Professor with Xizang Minzu University, under the supporting Tibet program organized by China National Human Resources Ministry.
He is the Fellow of IET, Fellow of China Institute of Communications (CIC), Chair of IEEE Computational Intelligence Society Nanjing Chapter, and Chair of Advisory Committee for Instruments industry in Jiangsu province. He has served as editor for a couple of international journals and as session chair for many international conferences. His research interests are in cell-free massive MIMO networks, AI-based wireless communications, information theories, and AI-based audio signal processing.

Assoc Prof. Kaya Kuru
University of Lancashire
Kaya Kuru received the B.Sc. degree from the National Defense University (Turkish Military Academy), the ADP/Major degree in computer engineering from Middle East Technical University (METU), the M.B.A. degree from Selçuk University, and the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in computer science/medical Informatics from METU. He completed his postdoctoral studies with the School of Electronics and Computer Science, University of Southampton, U.K. He is a Software Engineer and currently an Associate Professor of computer-information systems engineering. He has recently engaged in the implementation of numerous AI-based real-world systems within various funded projects. His research interests include the development of geo-distributed autonomous intelligent systems using FL, ML, DL, and DRL with CPSs.

Prof. Omar Ahmed Abed Alzubi
Al-Balqa Applied University
Prof. Omar Ahmed Abed Alzubi is a Professor in the Faculty of Artificial Intelligence at Al-Balqa Applied University, Jordan. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Swansea University (2013), a Master’s from the New York Institute of Technology (2006), and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Jordan (1990). His academic and research interests lie at the intersection of cyber security, machine learning, quantum computing, and computer networks.
With over a decade of research experience, Prof. Alzubi has authored more than 50 publications in high-impact journals. His recent works include advancements in blockchain security, malware detection using quantum algorithms, and privacy-preserving systems in edge and fog computing. He has led multiple research projects funded by Al-Balqa Applied University.
In addition to his scholarly work, Prof. Alzubi has held several administrative positions, including Vice Dean and Director of the Computer Center at his university. He serves as an Academic Editor for PLOS One and reviews for prestigious journals such as IEEE Access. He has also contributed significantly to graduate education, supervising numerous master’s theses in cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.

Prof.Qiang Yang
Zhejiang University
Professor Qiang Yang received Ph.D. degree in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science from Queen Mary, University of London, London, U.K., in 2007 and worked in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Imperial College London, U.K., from 2007 to 2010. He visited the University of British Columbia and the University of Victoria Canada as a visiting scholar in 2015 and 2016. He is currently a full Professor at the College of Electrical Engineering, Zhejiang University, China, and has published more than 350 technical papers, filed 70 national patents, co-authored 2 books, and edited 2 books and more than 10 book chapters. His research interests over the years include smart energy systems, large-scale complex network modeling, control and optimization, learning based optimization and control. His research has significantly enhanced the power supply resilience and emergency management capabilities of power systems under multidimensional uncertainties. Since 2020, he has been listed among China's Highly Cited Scholars and the top 2% of global scientists. He is a Fellow of the British Computer Society (FBCS), a Fellow of Institution of Engineering and Technology (FIET), a Fellow of International Association of Advanced Materials (FIAAM), a Senior Member of IEEE and a Distinguished Member of China Computer Federation (CCF).

Yasser M. Alginahi
Full Professor
Dr. Alginahi received his M.Sc. degree in
Electrical Engineering from Wright State
University, Dayton, Ohio, in 1997, and his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Windsor, Canada, in 2004.
In 2020, Dr. Alginahi joined the Department of Computer Science at Adrian College, where he currently serves as a Full Professor. He is also a sessional instructor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Windsor, a role he continues to hold.
From 2005 to 2017, he served as an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the College of Computer Science and Engineering, Taibah University, Saudi Arabia. With over 20 years of teaching experience in higher education, Dr. Alginahi has taught
extensively in the fields of computer science and engineering.
Throughout his academic career, he has led and contributed to numerous research projects funded by various organizations. He is the author of the book Document Image Analysis and has published over 80 refereed journal and conference papers. He also edited the book Authentication Technologies for Cloud Computing, IoT and Big Data, published by the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), UK, in 2019.
His current research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Information
Security, Pattern Recognition, and Networking.
Dr. Alginahi is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario, Canada (since 2006) and a member of Professional Engineers Ontario. He has been a Senior Member of the IEEE since 2010, a Senior Member of the International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology
(IACSIT) since 2011, and a Member of the International Association of Engineers (IAENG) since 2013. He also serves on the editorial boards of several international journals and is a regular reviewer for academic journals and conferences.

Asst Prof. Abdullah Ayub Khan

Dr. Abdullah Ayub Khan (Member, ACM) | Recognized Top 2% Scientist List 2023-2024 has earned his Ph.D. (CS | Blockchain) from the Department of Computer Science, Sindh Madressatul Islam University Karachi (Batch 2019). He has published more than One Hundred and Eight (108) research publications in well-reputed journals/publishers (such as IEEE Access, IEEE Transactions, MDPI, Elsevier, Spring, Wiley, Hindawi, etc.) in the domain of Digital Forensics, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, Hyperledger Technology, Information Security, Internet of Things (IoT), Federated Learning, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning. Farah JEMILI

Dr.-Eng. Farah Jemili is an Associate Professor of Computer Science at the Higher Institute of Computer Science and Communication Technologies of Sousse (ISITCOM), University of Sousse, Tunisia. She holds an Engineering degree, a Master’s, a PhD, and a Habilitation to Supervise Research (HDR) in Computer Science, from the National School of Computer Science (ENSI), University of La Manouba, Tunisia.
Her research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Cybersecurity, and more recently, E-Health, with a strong focus on Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Explainable AI, and Blockchain-Based Security. Dr. Jemili has authored over 30 Peer-Reviewed Journal Articles and 30+ International Conference Papers. She actively serves as an Editorial Board Member and Reviewer for several High-Impact Journals.

Amrita Mohan

Dr. Mohan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Patna, Bihar, India. Her research focuses on geological disaster analysis—particularly landslides—and image processing using deep learning techniques. She has made significant contributions in the field of landslide detection and secure image transmission using crowd sourced data.
Her areas of expertise include geological susceptibility analysis and advanced image processing, leveraging cutting-edge tools and technologies. In recognition of her work, she received the Best Paper Award at CICBA 2024, organized by the Department of CSE, NIT Patna. Dr. Mohan also actively contributes to the academic community as a reviewer for several national and international journals and conferences.
Her research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Cybersecurity, and more recently, E-Health, with a strong focus on Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Explainable AI, and Blockchain-Based Security.
