TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PARTICIPANTS
- Wisdom Conferences organizes events globally in compliance with local governing bodies.
- Participant details must be genuine.
- Confidentiality of participant details is maintained.
- Registrations remain valid if a conference is postponed due to reasons beyond our control; refund policies do not apply in these cases.
- Payments must be cleared 3 days before the event.
- Cancellation requests are subject to the "Cancellation Policy" below.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- A 50% refund may be issued for cancellations made between 150 and 90 days (approximately 3–5 months) before the event, minus applicable service and tax charges.
- No refunds are issued for cancellations within 60 days (approximately 2 months) of the event.
- No refunds apply for E-Poster or online presentation fees, discounted registrations, or accommodation fees.
- A $300 service charge is deducted from any refund that is granted under this policy.
- Approved refunds are processed in the second week after the conference has concluded.
RIGHT TO RESERVE
Wisdom Conferences reserves the right to refuse or revoke admission to any individual or group, without being required to provide a reason.
NO COMMERCIAL TRADING
- Events are organised for defined purposes that benefit registered participants and stakeholders.
- Registration is personal to the named participant or registered group and may not be sold, transferred, or traded. Relevant confidentiality obligations apply.
FORCE MAJEURE
"Force Majeure" means circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labour disputes, government action, pandemics, or failures of transport or utilities.
Wisdom Conferences shall not be financially liable for cancellations, postponements, or changes to the programme that result from Force Majeure.
