TRADITIONAL AND ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE ABSTRACT GUIDELINES
- 1. Abstract length: Your abstract should not exceed one A4 page including figures and references.
- 2. Title: Concise, in bold, sentence case, and centred.
- 3. Author details: Author names and affiliations below the title in italics; underline the presenting author and use an asterisk (*) for the speaker if different.
- 4. Language: Abstracts must be in English and should not exceed 300 words (excluding title and author block).
- 5. Formatting: Use Times New Roman 12 pt, fully justified text, and 1.5 line spacing.
- 6. References: Number references in the text with superscript numerals and list them at the end in the order cited.
- 7. Figures: Figures, graphs, and tables are encouraged where they clarify your methods or results.
- 8. Submission format: Submit as Microsoft Word (.doc / .docx) or PDF using the official submission form or the email address provided by the organisers.
- 9. Required details: Include full author contact details and state your preferred presentation format (oral / poster) where requested.
- 10. File size: Maximum file size 10 MB per upload.
Selected authors may be invited to submit full papers for post-conference publication in partner journals or proceedings; details will be confirmed after the event.
You will receive an acknowledgement by email once your abstract has been received. If you do not hear from us within a few working days, please contact the conference office.
