No, you don’t need to submit it again. The main author can add you as a presenter when submitting the abstract. A single abstract can have multiple presenters.
Posters should fit within a 1×1 meter space. The display boards are portrait-oriented, so landscape posters will not fit properly. Pins will be provided for mounting.
If the schedule changes due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify participants in advance. No penalties will apply for cancellations resulting from schedule changes.
Yes, once your registration fee has been paid and your participation is confirmed, we can provide a visa support letter. If your visa application is denied, we will refund your registration fee.
