- Cancellations made within two months (60 days) of the event will not be eligible for a refund, as resources and facilities for the participant will have already been allocated.
- Refunds are not provided in the following cases:
- Force majeure events resulting in the postponement of a conference.
- Payments for e-poster submissions.
- Discounted registrations.
