Accommodation options include single, double, and limited triple occupancy rooms with breakfast included. Conference participants will be provided with coffee breaks and lunch during the conference days, with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meal options available. Standard hotel check-in begins from 3:00 PM and check-out is before 12:00 PM. Tourist/city tax is payable directly by participants at the hotel during check-in/check-out as per local regulations. Parking and transportation facilities are available subject to hotel availability.
