Refund Policy:
Where a refund is approved under our published cancellation terms, it is typically processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Timing may also depend on your card issuer or bank.
- Cancellations within 60 days (approximately 2 months) of the event are not eligible for a refund unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
- No refunds are issued for disruptions due to force majeure, for e-poster or online presentation fees, or for discounted registrations, except where required by law or expressly stated in your booking confirmation.
