DELEGATE REGISTRATION

POSTER REGISTRATION

• Participants must bring their posters to the conference venue.

VIDEO PRESENTATION

• The fee for a video presentation covers the display of the presentation at the conference.
• The presenter will receive a video participation certificate in soft copy.
• Logo and profile placement on the conference website
• The presenter is not required to attend the conference in person.

GOLD PACKAGE

• Includes registration and two nights’ accommodation at the conference venue (the first two days of the conference; dates can be adjusted upon request).

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS

• For extra night accommodation, please contact the conference manager.
• A single occupancy room accommodates one person.
• A double occupancy room accommodates two persons.

ACCOMPANYING PERSON

• Accompanying Persons are those who accompany the participants at the conference who may be either a spouse/family partner and/or a son/daughter and must register under this category.
• Please note that business partners do not qualify as Accompanying Persons and are not allowed to register as an Accompanying Persons.
